About City Care Agency
Our story
City Care Agency provides regulated home care and transport services across London and the UK. We work in partnership with local authorities, NHS trusts, and private clients to support people to live well in their own homes, whatever that looks like for them.
We started with a straightforward belief that quality home care depends on quality people. That’s why we recruit carefully, train continuously, and pay our care workers the London Living Wage as a minimum. The standard of care a person receives is only ever as good as the person delivering it.
Today we support individuals through every stage of life, from short-term reablement after a hospital stay, to long-term live-in care, to palliative care delivered with dignity at home. The needs change. The principle doesn’t, care that respects each person’s independence, individuality, and pace.
