What our training covers
Induction
Comprehensive onboarding for every new starter, covering safeguarding, manual handling,
infection control, and our person-centred approach.
Mandatory training
Annual refreshers across all core compliance areas, plus regular supervision and competency checks.
Specialist skills
Advanced training in dementia care, palliative care, learning disability support, and
complex care needs.
Aligned with national standards
Our training is built around the Care Certificate, Skills for Care frameworks, and CQC requirements so commissioners can be confident our staff meet recognised national standards.
