Learning disability support
Person-centred support that respects independence, ability, and choice.
We support individuals with learning disabilities to live full, independent lives — on their own terms. Our
approach is person-centred, focusing on what each individual can do, wants to do, and needs support
with, rather than on labels or limitations.
From help with daily living to support accessing the community, work, or social activities, we tailor
everything to the individual and work closely with families and support networks
- Support with daily living skills
- Help accessing community, work, and activities
- Encouragement towards greater independence
- Support with appointments and routines
- Communication tailored to the individual
- Consistent, familiar carers
How we deliver
Our carers receive specialist training in learning disability support, and we take time to build trust and
genuine relationships, so the support feels respectful, empowering, and led by the individual.
