Palliative care
Compassionate end-of-life care, delivered with dignity in the comfort of home.
Palliative care supports people living with a life-limiting illness to remain comfortable, supported, and
surrounded by the people they love in their own home. Our role is to provide compassionate, dignified
care that focuses on comfort and quality of life.
We work alongside families, GPs, district nurses, and hospice teams to provide gentle, attentive support
— for the individual and for the people closest to them
- Personal care delivered with gentleness and dignity
- Comfort and symptom-management support
- Coordination with district nurses and hospice teams
- Emotional support for the individual and family
- Overnight and round-the-clock options
- Respite for family members
How we deliver
Palliative care is delivered by experienced carers with specialist training, working as part of the wider
care team around the person, always led by the individual’s wishes and comfort.
